There is a lot of debate out there on the proper amount of water you should drink, but there are many studies that show that less than half of Americans are drinking the recommended 8-10 glasses of water a day. This is no bueno since our body needs water to function the right way. Thinking, digestion, etc, if you aren’t drinking enough water than you are missing out on letting your body and mind do what it really do and show off a little!
So, to help you out a bit, here is an easy calculator to help you determine how much you should be drinking AT A MINIMUM.
